Hatha Yoga Sessions
We offer Hatha Yoga classes in a serene countryside setting, designed to help you build strength, flexibility and inner balance through traditional yoga practices. Hatha Yoga combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindful awareness to support both physical and mental well-being. These sessions are suitable for all levels; whether you are a beginner or have prior experience and are tailored to create a calm, supportive and therapeutic environment.
Classes are held Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, giving you the flexibility to choose any convenient 1-hour session. You are welcome to attend on any day or join multiple sessions throughout the week based on your personal goals and schedule. Each class is thoughtfully guided to help you relax, improve posture, reduce stress and reconnect with your body and mind.
Sessions take place both indoors and outdoors, allowing you to experience the healing connection with nature. During the summer months, you can also enjoy a unique and uplifting goat yoga experience, adding a joyful and refreshing element to your practice.
